From December to January, while sales were erratic, prices fluctuated. Prices rise gradually in January but the rise was not maintained. There was a gadual fall in February and early March. In mid-March they made a sharp recovery. Throughout May and June movements were erratic. A dramatic fall occurred in late June but the downward trend was halted in early July. Throughout July and early August they remained in a trough. They started to recover in August and by September the steady increase was maintained until the second week in October. Prices leveled off during October and remained on a plateau until November when they leap upwards. Prices reached a peak in December.
